5. Do you take more then one pet at a time? 

Yes, we can take up to 20 in our pet taxis at a time, dependent on types and sizes.

6. Do you offer local trips or vets to pets?

Yes, local trips and vets to pets are carried out but can depend on the area.

7. My dogs flying into Heathrow HARC, are you licensed to collect him?

HARC in Heathrow is one of our regular trips, we are type 2 Authorised and can collect from there on request.

8. What types of journeys are your Pet Taxi's equipped for?

We travel the UK & Europe with our vehicles on a regular basis and we carry everything needed for long stays.

9. What is the process to booking your Pet Transport Service?

We ask you to complete an online form, then we will issue an invoice for deposit, then we will ask you to fill out the Confirmed Booking Form. Once these steps are completed, we will see you on the day for collection or delivery.

10. Do you take passengers in your vehicles?

We do not offer passenger transport services, only pets. This is for insurance purposes

11. Do i have to travel with my pet?

No, all you have to do is fill in a small form which allows us to transport your pets on your behalf.
